3) What’s the difference between an E Cards and a Cinematic Video Cards?
An E Card is a beautifully designed picture format.
A Cinematic Video Cards adds music, transitions, and motion for a cinematic effect — great for WhatsApp shares and social posts.
4) Can I personalize the wording, design, and event names?
Absolutely. Customize titles, event names, and invitation attribution — e.g., bride’s side, groom’s side, grandparents’ blessings, or the couple inviting.
We support cultural variations (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, etc.) and fully custom event names.
5) Do you offer invitations in regional languages?

6) What happens after I purchase a card?
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to share your wedding details (names, dates, venues, photos, etc.).
After submission, we begin customization and notify you when your card and wedding website are ready.
7) What do I get free with my card purchase?

8) How long does it take to receive my invitation?
Image cards are typically ready in ~24 hours and video invitations in 3 business days after you submit details.
Express options are available.
9) Can I preview or see a sample before ordering?
Yes — our product pages show live samples of image and video cards so you can see the style, pacing, and finish before you buy.
10) Can I include multiple wedding events?
Yes. Add all your events (e.g., Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding, Reception).
Each event can have its own scene/photo/venue details, and guests only see the events they’re invited to. In the app and website.
11) Is the price inclusive of taxes?
Yes, prices shown are inclusive of GST**.
12) Can I make changes after placing an order?
Please confirm the data you have entered before submitting. Once the card is created, It is difficult to make edits.
13) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept RazorPays* via our secure payment gateway.
14) Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because each order is custom-made, cancellations or refunds aren’t available.
If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it before final delivery.
15) How will I receive my final invitation?
You’ll receive a personalized shareable link (e.g., perfectlywed.in/yourweddingname).
Your guests will get a better experience on the website or the app. However, you can share it directly.
16) Can I upload my own photos or a video message?
Yes — upload couple/family photos or a short video greeting in the app.
We’ll integrate them into your website and ** app **for a personal touch.
17) Can guests RSVP online?
Yes. Guests get a personalized view with only their invited events and can RSVP via the website or Guest App.
Track attendance easily in your Host App dashboard.
18) Will my website and invitation remain active after the wedding?
Yes — they remain live for at least 6 months after your wedding.
19) Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We use secure systems and never sell your data. Information is used solely to create your card, website, and apps.

Yes.
All the songs in our video cards are 100% original compositions created exclusively for PerfectlyWed.
They are copyright-safe and can be shared freely on WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and social media.
